With ZappFlux, you can build sophisticated customer service flows, automate messaging, and create intelligent chatbots—all within a unified interface.

## Accessing ZappFlux

ZappFlux is available in the ZappWay sidebar menu under **Tools → ZappFlux**.

When you access ZappFlux, the complete editor loads directly within your dashboard via iframe integration—no need to switch accounts or perform separate login.
